GBP/USD is trading at 1.3362, down 0.0051. The pair is trading a little above the session lows as overseas forex traders wind down trading for the day. Market chatter about comments from Bank of England Governor Carney during today's testimony in front of the treasury committee is making the rounds. The National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) forecast that U.K. GDP (gross domestic product) expanded by 0.3 percent in the three months to August versus 0.4 percent in the three months to July.
