EUR/USD is trading at 1.1078, up 0.0018. The pair is trading just under the highs of the session. Trading is rangebound. Eurostat reported that industrial production fell 1.2 percent on the month in May versus a 1.4 percent rise in April. Year over year industrial production rose 0.5 percent versus a rise 2.2 percent in April. France's INSEE reported that June CPI (Consumer Price Index) rose 0.2 percent versus a year ago after a flat reading in May. On the month June CPI slowed to a rise of 0.1 percent, down from a rise of 0.4 percent in May. The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) rose 0.1 percent in June versus a 0.5 percent increase in May. Year over year HICP was 0.3 percent versus 0.1 percent in May.
