S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by one point at 2064 in Monday's session. After matching its pre-market low at 2061, it has found intra-day resistance just above Friday's close (2065) at 2066.50.

All but three of the top 10 components of the index are in the red. Saving the index from having a bad morning is Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) shares which are trading higher by $1.62 at $111.61.

Leading the way on the downside is Facebook Inc (NASDAQ: FB) shares which are trading lower by $2.94 at $113.12.
