The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 96.98, up 0.37. The Case-Shiller 20-city Index for May is scheduled for release at 9:00 a.m. ET. Markit will release its July Flash PMI Services and a composite PMI at 9:45 a.m. ET. Consumer Confidence is due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
