Joel Elconin is the co-host of Benzinga's #PreMarket Prep, a daily trading idea radio show.S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by four points at 2091.50 in Monday's session. After trading lower for much of the pre-market session, it rallied off the opening of the regular session. The ensuing rally easily surpassed Friday's close (2095.50) and Friday's high (2096.25), reaching 2101.25 before finding resistance. The current high coincides with the indexes March 24 high of 2100.When unable to hold the the 2100 level, the index pulled back through the close and has made a new low for the session at 2088.75. If the decline continues through that level, the next identifiable support may found at Friday's low (2083).
