U.S. Dollar against Japan's Yen (USD/JPY) was higher by 0.40 at $119.96. British Pound is trading the figure at 1.5600, about 0.0018 lower.

U.S. Dollar versus the Canadian Dollar (USD/CAD) was 0.0043 higher at $1.1641.

U.S. Dollar against the Chinese Yuan (USD/CNY) was $6.22, up 0.0017, regaining some early weakness.

Europe's Euro EUR/USD is near 12-month lows at 1,2222, down 0.0005, losing some early strength.
