Consumer robot builder iRobot Corporation (NASDAQ:IRBT) has launched two new robot models, Roomba Combo j9+ robot vacuum and mop and Roomba Combo j9+ robot vacuum.

The models include a new Clean Base Auto-Fill Dock that automatically empties debris and replenishes the robot with liquid.

Roomba Combo joins the recently added Roomba Combo j5+ and Roomba Combo i5+ as part of iRobot's expanded fleet of robot vacuum and mops.

Roomba Combo j9+ Robot Vacuum and Mop is priced at $1,399 and the Roomba j9+ Robot Vacuum is priced at $899.

The company also introduced iRobot OS 7.0, to enhance cleaning automation with Dirt Detective and SmartScrub technologies.

"If a robot is continually getting stuck, losing its way, smearing carpeted surfaces with wet mop pads and so on, then a customer's trust in that product breaks down," said Chairman and CEO Colin Angle.

Price Action: IRBT shares closed lower by 2.26% at $36.34 on Friday.
