This is what Nic Chahine averages with his options buys. Not selling covered calls or spreads... BUYING options. Most traders don't even have a winning percentage of 27% buying options. He has an 83% win rate. Here's how he does it.

Invesco Ltd's (NYSE:IVZ) unit Invesco Real Estate launched Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., or INCREF, a private fund focused on bringing private real estate credit to accredited investors.

INCREF is a non-exchange traded, perpetual-life real estate investment trust.

The private fund will originate, acquire, and manage a diversified portfolio of loans and debt-like preferred equity interests related to commercial real estate.

INCREF will optimize risk-adjusted returns, especially during periods of uncertainty, high inflation, and rising rates.

"The recent pull-back of regional banks, coupled with the significant increase in short-term interest rates, is resulting in a rare opportunity for commercial real estate lenders," said Charlie Rose, President and Lead Portfolio Manager of INCREF and Global Head of Credit for Invesco Real Estate.

"Our established credit platform is positioned to take full advantage of the current dislocation in the near-term while seeking to minimize volatility through all stages of the credit cycle in the long term," Rose added.

Price Action: IVZ shares are trading higher by 0.69% to $16.86 on the last check Friday.
