- Gross profit was $867 million, and gross margin expanded 80 basis points to 64.9%. Adjusted gross margin expanded 90 basis points to 64.6%.
- The operating loss for the quarter was $(40) million compared to an income of $119 million last year.
- Operating expenses increased 8.4% Y/Y to $907 million.

- For FY24, the company sees revenue of ~$5.7 billion versus the $5.74 billion estimate. It expects FY24 Adjusted EPS of $6.40 versus the Street view of $6.29.
- Price Action: CPRI shares are trading lower by 1.97% at $38.80 in premarket on the last check Wednesday.
