Goldman Sachs lowers its rating on Potash Corp (NYSE: POT) to Neutral from Buy on a less compelling ratio between risk and reward given stalling potash fundamentals. The price target of $48 per share remains unchanged. Goldman Sachs notes, "With the positive 4Q11 reporting catalyst behind us, we still expect shares could outperform the broader market as sentiment for the fertilizer group improves across earnings season, but do not expect outsized gains relative to peers." POT closed at $47.25 a share on Monday.
