Goldman Sachs maintains its Neutral rating on Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) as the company's same-store sales decline trumps an EPS beat for the fourth quarter. Goldman Sachs comments, "EAT reported adjusted FY 2Q12 EPS of $0.47, which was above our $0.46 estimate and the $0.45 consensus. The beat was driven by margin expansion, as the company missed on revenues. Chili's SSS came in at 1.4% for the quarter, below the 2.0% consensus and our 2.2% estimate."EAT closed at $27.61 a share yesterday.
