China's Shanghai Index gained 0.16%, Japan's Nikkei 225 slid 0.29%, and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index tumbled 0.65%.On the economic calendar, Initial Jobless Claims came in at 381K versus an estimate of 370K; Pending Home Sales MoM came in at 7.3% versus an estimate of 1.5%.On the commodity front, gold and silver futures are higher in after-hours trading, with gold trading higher at about $1547.90 per ounce and silver trading higher at about $27.82 per ounce. Energy futures are lower with crude oil up over 0.3% near the $99.70 level and gasoline trading higher by about 1%. Natural Gas futures are lower by about 2.5 % and copper futures are trading over 0.3 % higher this evening.In corporate news, Gladstone Commercial Corp (NASDAQ: GOOD) announced that it acquired property in Pittsburgh for $4.2M .Fushi Copperweld (NASDAQ: FSIN) today announced that it has received an offer to become private, at $9.50 per share.Imperial Sugar Company (NASDAQ: IPSU) today announced that it has delayed its 10-K because it has not received audited financials from a major equity holder.Today's movers include:
