Goldman Sachs is out with its report today on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), maintaining CL-Buy.In its report, Goldman Sachs writes, "Oracle remains a name that we see as offering both offensive anddefensive characteristics and as such it remains a CL-Buy. At $30, Oracle shares trade at 12X our CY12 EPS estimate of $2.56. Our 12-month price target of $35 is based on an equal weighting of our DCF, P/E, and EV/sales analysis."Shares of ORCL closed Thursday at $30.07, up 1.90% from Wednesday's close.
