Goldman Sachs is out with a research report on Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL) and it has a Buy rating and a $35 price target following earnings.In a note to clients, Goldman Sachs writes, "Management guided Nov license growth above even the high end ofexpectations, forecasting yoy growth of 6%-16% which compares to consensus prior to the 1QFY12 EPS call of 10%. The range for EPS of $0.56-$0.58 also came in ahead of expectations, with the Street at $0.56 prior to the call. As a result of outperformance and higher guidance, we revise our FY12/FY13/FY14 non-GAAP EPS estimates by 4%/6%/7%, respectively."Shares of ORCL are up $1.18 in pre-market trading to $29.53.
