The Company provides software solutions that enable operationalize Big Data. The Company operates in three business areas: The Customer Interactions business serves customer-facing organizations within Business-to-Consumer enterprises across many verticals, including financial services, telecommunications, travel and healthcare, The Financial Crime & Compliance business serves financial institutions and regulatory agencies, The Security business addresses the needs of security sensitive organizations, such as banks, airports, mass transit, utilities, and public safety, law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The Company offers its solutions in alignment with an enterprise software business model that accounts for both on-premise and cloud-based models. It offer their solutions both in an on-premise and cloud-based model. The Company manufactures their products through subcontractors, with the exception of the CSS product line which is manufactured by them. The Company's Aspect, Avaya, Software Inc., Callabrio, Genesys, Interactive Intelligence Inc. and Verint Systems. The Company is subject to applicable export control regulations in other countries from which they export goods and services, including the United States.
