The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. The Index is designed to measure the performance of U.S. dollar denominated sovereign debt publicly issued by the U.S. government. The Index includes fixed rate securities with a minimum term to maturity greater than 20 years. The Index excludes inflation-linked securities, Treasury bills, cash management bills, any government agency debt issued with or without a government guarantee and zero-coupon issues that have been stripped from coupon-paying bonds. The bonds included in the Index are weighted based on market capitalization. The Indexs positions are reset each month. The Index is constructed and maintained by ICE Data Indices, LLC.
