Michele Bachmann Sees Dead Countries

During a visit to the "Jay Sekulow Live" radio program, Presidential candidate and noted imbecile Michele Bachmann said, and I am not kidding, that Americans are afraid of the rise of the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union. THE SOVIET UNION! That would be the political entity that has not existed in over twenty years, and hasn't been a serious threat since shoulder padded shirts were in style. In my completely unscientific poll (I asked one person who happened to also be logged on to Facebook), 100% of Americans think that anyone who believes the Soviet Union is a threat does not deserve to be President...unless we build a time machine, and they run in the 1984 election against Zombie Ronald Reagan. I suppose this will bring more heat to the debate, "Which unqualified female candidate is the bigger doofus?" As of three days ago, I would have argued that Sarah Palin was clearly in the lead. But now? I'm not so sure. At least Sarah Palin knew it was Russia, not the Soviet Union, that she was seeing from her yard.
