  • WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ:WBMD) rose 19.7 percent to $66.08 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to be acquired by a KKR portfolio company for $66.50 per share in cash.
  • Neuroderm Ltd (NASDAQ:NDRM) shares rose 15.2 percent to $38.25 in pre-market trading. Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation agreed to acquire NeuroDerm for $39 per share in cash.
  • Genocea Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:GNCA) shares rose 13.9 percent to $5.75 in pre-market trading after the company reported 'positive' top-line 12-month Phase 2b data for GEN-003 in genital herpes.
  • Ocwen Financial Corp (NYSE:OCN) rose 10.3 percent to $3.00 in pre-market trading. New Residential Investment and Ocwen Financial announced a mortgage servicing agreement.
  • Yatra Online Inc (NASDAQ:YTRA) shares rose 9.6 percent to $12.09 in pre-market trading. Yatra disclosed that it has acquired Air Travel Bureau Ltd.
  • Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) rose 6.8 percent to $23.75 in pre-market trading. Eli Lilly and Nektar Therapeutics announced collaboration for development and commercialization of NKTR-358.
  • Blue Apron Holdings Inc (NYSE:APRN) rose 6.6 percent to $6.98 in pre-market trading. Oppenheimer initiates coverage on Blue Apron Holdings (NYSE:APRN) with a Outperform rating, while Stifel Nicolaus initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating. Goldman Sachs initiated coverage on Blue Apron with a Buy rating, while RBC Capital initiated coverage on the stock with an Outperform rating.
  • China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited (ADR) (NYSE:CHU) rose 6.6 percent to $15.85 in pre-market trading after gaining 1.99 percent on Friday.
  • Halliburton Company (NYSE:HAL) shares rose 3.9 percent to $46.10 in the pre-market trading session after the company posted stronger-than-expected earnings for its second quarter.
  • CTI BioPharma Corp (NASDAQ:CTIC) rose 3.8 percent to $3.54 in pre-market trading. CTI BioPharma reported that Laurent Fischer, M.D. has been appointed a Director of the company.
  • KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE:KKR) shares rose 3.2 percent to $20.00 in pre-market trading. WebMD Health agreed to be acquired by KKR's Internet Brands for $66.50 per share in cash.
  • Hertz Global Holdings, Inc (NYSE:HTZ) rose 3.2 percent to $16.30 in pre-market trading. Hertz Global is expected to release Q2 earnings on August 8.
  • Koninklijke Philips NV (ADR) (NYSE:PHG) shares rose 3.1 percent to $37.17 in pre-market trading after strong Q2 earnings.
  • VF Corp (NYSE:VFC) gained 2.2 percent to $59.92 after the company reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter.
