  • CGG SA (ADR) (NYSE:CGG) rose 23.4 percent to $6.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported an agreement in principle on financial restructuring plan with main creditors and DNCA.
  • Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) rose 14.5 percent to $55.73 in pre-market trading as the company reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter and raised its FY 2017 earnings outlook. The company also announced it plans to restructure its girls activewear brand, ivivva, toward a primarily e-commerce focused business. The company announced it will close 40 of its 55 ivivva branded stores and convert half the remaining stores to Lululemon branded stores.
  • Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (NYSE:GOOS) shares rose 10.6 percent to $20.70 in pre-market trading. Canada Goose posted Q4 adjusted net loss of CAD 0.15 per share on sales of CAD 51.1 million. The company expects 3 year growth of mid to high teens percent per year.
  • Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:SGYP) shares rose 6.3 percent to $3.86 in pre-market trading. Cantor Fitzgerald initiated coverage on Synergy Pharmaceuticals with an Overweight rating and a $11.00 price target.
  • Broadcom Ltd (NASDAQ:AVGO) rose 4.9 percent to $246.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted better-than-expected results for its second quarter on Thursday.
  • SINA Corp (NASDAQ:SINA) rose 3 percent to $100.51 in pre-market trading after slipping 0.37 percent on Thursday.
  • Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) rose 3 percent to $5.62 in pre-market trading after gaining 4.00 percent on Thursday.
  • Wayfair Inc (NYSE:W) gained 2.5 percent to $68.17. Oppenheimer upgraded Wayfair from Perform to Outperform.
  • Mantech International Corp (NASDAQ:MANT) shares rose 2.5 percent to $40.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 1.91 percent on Thursday.

  • Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:SNDX) fell 6.8 percent to $11.87 in pre-market trading after surging 4.86 percent on Thursday.
  • Yintech Investment Holdings Ltd - ADR (NYSE:YIN) fell 5.3 percent to $9.60 in pre-market trading after rising 1.00 percent on Thursday.
