  • Asure Software Inc (NASDAQ:ASUR) shares rose 10.8 percent to $14.34 as the company posted upbeat Q1 results and raised its forecast for fiscal 2017.

The company also reported a new stock buyback plan and lifted its quarterly dividend by 29 percent. Wells Fargo upgraded Whole Foods from Market Perform to Outperform.
