  • Straight Path Communications Inc (NYSE:STRP) shares fell 20.4 percent to $178.25 in pre-market trading. Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) announced plans to acquire Straight Path Communications for $184 per share in an all-stock deal.
  • MannKind Corporation (NASDAQ:MNKD) shares fell 18.8 percent to $1.30 in the pre-market trading session after climbing 42.86 percent on Wednesday. MannKind reported downbeat Q1 results.
