Wedbush Securities has published a research report on Aruba Networks (NASDAQ: ARUN) after attending the company's Analyst Day in New York.

In the report, Wedbush writes "The highlight of the Analyst Day was the introduction of a new integrated switch which allows the company to attack the wired market and increase TAM and improve deal sizes. The new products will take time to ramp, but the wireless upgrade opportunity remains large. Strategically, we think the company is ahead of the competition and well positioned long term. The company also indicated that Japan is a minimal part of the business at ~2.5% of revenue and reiterated its financial targets, while offering additional tax details which will have a negative impact on EPS. We continue to like the company; however, we remain on the sidelines primarily due to valuation, and believe investors should build positions at lower levels."

Wedbush maintains its Neutral rating and $28 price target.

Aruba Networks closed yesterday at $31.34.
