Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HPQ) announced its plans to lift its quarterly dividend by 50% during a strategy briefing. The company is raising its regular quarterly dividend to $0.12 per share. HPQ shares gained 0.48% to $41.69 in after-hours trading.

Zagg Inc (NASDAQ: ZAGG) reported its Q4 earnings at $3.4 million, or $0.13 per share on revenue of $29.3 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.12 per share on revenue of $21.2 million. ZAGG shares dropped 4.32% to $7.76 in the after-hours trading session.

Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE: TXN) warned of revenue loss from one of its manufacturing plants in Japan following the country's strong earthquake. The company is expecting to face expenses related to the damage to the plant and revenue loss in both the first and second quarters. TXN shares fell 2.05% to $33.85 in after-hours trading.

Dole Food Co Inc (NYSE: DOLE) reported its Q4 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization at $21 million, versus adjusted EBITDA of $68 million, in the year-earlier period. DOLE reported a Q4 loss of $0.31 per share, excluding some items. The company's revenue came in at $1.56 billion, compared with $1.53 billion, in the year-ago period. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.18 per share on revenue of $1.55 billion. DOLE shares declined 5.80% to $13.49 in the after-hours trading session.

Subaye Inc (NASDAQ: SBAY) reported the resignation of its chief financial officer (CFO) James Crane. SBAY appointed its president and director Alan Lun as the company's new CFO. SBAY shares tumbled 32.43% to $4.00 in after-hours trading.
