Tri-Tech (NASDAQ: TRIT) reported strong Q4 and FY2010 results, beating its and consensus estimates on both top and bottom line. The company reported $43.5MM in revenues for the full year, above Global Hunter's and consensus estimates of $40.5MM and the company's previous guidance of $40.6MM. This corresponded to 159% Y/Y growth from $16.8MM reported in FY2009.

The company offered 2011 guidance of $69MM to $80MM in revenues and $11MM to $12.8MM in net income. On a per-share basis, this translates between $1.35 and $1.57, assuming a total share count of 8.1MM shares. This compares to our and consensus revenue estimates of $72.8MM and $69.9MM, respectively, and EPS estimates of $1.51 and $1.45. Global Hunter believes that the company will continue to benefit from significant government demand for flood/drought warning systems, new drinking water standards and growing industrial demand for pollution control systems and safety systems, as well as the company's continued evolution into a complete-solution provider.
