  • Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) rose 6.9 percent to $46.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter and raised its quarterly dividend to $0.19 per share.
  • JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (ADR) (NASDAQ:JASO) rose 6.6 percent to $5.33 in pre-market trading. JA Solar reported Q4 earnings of $47.5 million on revenue of $575.9 million.
  • McEwen Mining Inc (NYSE:MUX) shares rose 3.8 percent to $3.53 in pre-market trading after jumping 14.09 percent on Wednesday.
  • KCG Holdings, Inc. Class A (NYSE:KCG) rose 3.6 percent to $17.50 in pre-market trading. Virtu Financial Inc (NASDAQ:VIRT) made a bid to buy KCG Holdings.
  • Dollar General Corp. (NYSE:DG) rose 3 percent to $75.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat results for its fourth quarter and lifted its quarterly dividend by 4 percent.
  • Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE:WSM) shares rose 2.7 percent to $49.39 in pre-market trading after the company posted upbeat earnings for its fourth quarter and lifted quarterly dividend by 5 percent.
  • Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) shares rose 2.4 percent to $261.78 in pre-market trading after the company announced that the company is raising $1.15 billion by offering $250 million of common stock and $750 million of convertible senior notes that will be due in 2022.

  • Globus Medical Inc (NASDAQ:GMED) shares fell 9.8 percent to $25.22 in pre-market trading after rising 1.97 percent on Wednesday.
