  • ChannelAdvisor Corp (NASDAQ:ECOM) shares fell 21.4 percent to $11.20 following Q4 results. ChannelAdvisor reported Q4 net income of $5.8 million on revenue of $31.8 million.
  • TRACON Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TCON) shares dropped 18.2 percent to $3.97. TRACON Pharmaceuticals disclosed that the combination of TRC105 and Avastin did not improve median PFS vs. single agent Avastin in recurrent GBM patients.
  • iPass Inc. (NASDAQ:IPAS) shares declined 18.1 percent to $1.31. iPass reported a Q4 loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $16.117 million.
  • Ubiquiti Networks Inc (NASDAQ:UBNT) shares tumbled 18 percent to $52.63 after reporting downbeat Q2 earnings.

  • Magnachip Semiconductor Corp (NYSE:MX) dropped 11.7 percent to $7.20 after the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings.
  • Yelp Inc (NYSE:YELP) shares declined 11.5 percent to $36.73. Yelp posted strong earnings for its fourth quarter, but issued a weak revenue outlook for 2017.
  • BioTime, Inc. (NYSE:BTX) fell 9.3 percent to $2.73. BioTime proposed a public offering of common stock.
  • RadiSys Corporation (NASDAQ:RSYS) declined 9.5 percent to $3.85. RadiSys posted downbeat Q4 results and issued a weak outlook.
  • Carbonite Inc (NASDAQ:CARB) fell 7.8 percent to $18.70. Carbonite reported a loss of $671,000 on revenue of $53.5 million.
  • Pro-Dex Inc (NASDAQ:PDEX) dropped 7.6 percent to $4.95 after the company reported Q2 results.
  • Live Ventures Inc (NASDAQ:LIVE) slipped 6.1 percent to $17.24. On Thursday, Live Ventures reported Q1 earnings of $0.37 per share on revenue of $32.189 million.
  • Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ:CYBR) dropped 6 percent to $52.03. CyberArk reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.41 per share on revenue of $64.4 million.
  • Globus Maritime Ltd (NASDAQ:GLBS) shares fell 5.3 percent to $6.83 after dropping 12.82 percent on Thursday.
  • Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) shares dropped 4.5 percent to $15.67. Citigroup downgraded Twitter from Neutral to Sell, while Deutsche Bank downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold.
  • Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN) fell 4.1 percent to $51.70. Cerner posted in-line quarterly earnings. Oppenheimer downgraded Cerner from Outperform to Perform.
  • Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE:CLF) shares fell 2.5 percent to $11.09. Cliffs Natural priced its upsized 55 million share offering at $10.75 per share.
