- Infinera Corp. (NASDAQ:INFN) rose 17 percent to $11.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported stronger-than-expected Q4 results.
- Control4 Corp (NASDAQ:CTRL) shares rose 12.8 percent to $13.05 in pre-market trading on upbeat Q4 results. Raymond James upgraded Control4 from Market Perform to Outperform.
- Skechers USA Inc (NYSE:SKX) shares rose 10.8 percent to $25.80 in pre-market trading. Skechers posted weak quarterly earnings, while sales exceeded analysts’ estimates.
- Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI) rose 10.2 percent to $43.77 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat revenue for its fourth quarter and lifted its quarterly dividend. The company also disclosed a two-year $1 billion stock buyback plan.
- Immunomedics, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMMU) shares rose 10 percent to $4.73 in pre-market trading. Immunomedics reported a Q2 loss of $0.23 per share on revenue of $0.4 million. The company also disclosed an agreement with Seattle Genetics for exclusive rights to commercialize sacituzumab govitecan.
- Sierra Wireless, Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:SWIR) rose 9.9 percent to $20.50 in pre-market trading after the company posted strong Q4 results.
- Trivago NV - ADR (NASDAQ:TRVG) shares rose 8.6 percent to $12.50 in pre-market trading following selected financial data for the fourth quarter.
- Rapid7 Inc (NASDAQ:RPD) rose 7.5 percent to $13.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
- Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (NYSE:GTE) rose 7 percent to $2.74 in pre-market trading. Credit Suisse upgraded Gran Tierra Energy from Neutral to Outperform.

- Organovo Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ONVO) dropped 15.9 percent to $3.17 in pre-market trading. Organovo posted a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss, but sales missed expectations. The company also issued a weak sales forecast for the full year,
- Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ICPT) fell 13 percent to $97.99 in pre-market trading. Intercept Pharmaceuticals will provide an update on the Phase 3 REGENERATE trial of obeticholic acid today at 8:30 a.m. ET.
- Globus Maritime Ltd (NASDAQ:GLBS) shares fell 12.2 percent to $6.33 in the pre-market trading session after dropping 12.82 percent on Thursday.

- Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN) fell 7 percent to $50.11 in pre-market trading. Cerner posted in-line quarterly earnings. Oppenheimer downgraded Cerner from Outperform to Perform.
- Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc (NASDAQ:EGLE) fell 6.8 percent to $6.02 in pre-market trading after declining 1.67 percent on Thursday.
- Box Inc (NYSE:BOX) shares fell 6 percent to $17.12 in pre-market trading. Box is projected to release quarterly results on March 1, 2017.
- Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) fell 5.2 percent to $2.39 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter and issued downbeat bookings forecast for the current quarter.
