  • Skechers USA Inc (NYSE:SKX) shares rose 10.8 percent to $25.80 in pre-market trading. Skechers posted weak quarterly earnings, while sales exceeded analysts’ estimates.
  • Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI) rose 10.2 percent to $43.77 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat revenue for its fourth quarter and lifted its quarterly dividend. The company also disclosed a two-year $1 billion stock buyback plan.
  • Immunomedics, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMMU) shares rose 10 percent to $4.73 in pre-market trading. Immunomedics reported a Q2 loss of $0.23 per share on revenue of $0.4 million. The company also disclosed an agreement with Seattle Genetics for exclusive rights to commercialize sacituzumab govitecan.

  • Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ICPT) fell 13 percent to $97.99 in pre-market trading. Intercept Pharmaceuticals will provide an update on the Phase 3 REGENERATE trial of obeticholic acid today at 8:30 a.m. ET.
