  • EnteroMedics Inc (NASDAQ: ETRM) shares fell 34.8 percent to $5.80. EnteroMedics reported the pricing of $16.5 million underwritten public offering at $5.31 per unit.
  • Pulmatrix Inc (NASDAQ: PULM) shares tumbled 31 percent to $1.07. Pulmatrix shares jumped Tuesday after the company disclosed that its drug candidate, PUR1900, has received "Qualified Infectious Disease Product" designation from the FDA.
  • Gigamon Inc (NYSE: GIMO) shares declined 29.6 percent to $31.00 after the company lowered its Q4 earnings guidance.
  • Pearson PLC (ADR) (NYSE: PSO) shares dropped 29 percent to $7.09 after the company lowered its profit forecast for the year and cut its dividend.
  • Benitec Biopharma Ltd (ADR) (NASDAQ: BNTC) shares declined 21.3 percent to $2.36. Benitec Biopharma shares climbed Tuesday after the company disclosed that it has received Orphan Drug Designation in the European Union for BB-301 for the treatment of oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy.

  • Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) fell 5 percent to $67.42 after the company lowered its sales and profit guidance for fourth quarter. The company’s same-store sales dropped 1.3 percent in the November to December holiday period.
  • Goldman Sachs BDC Inc (NYSE: GSBD) dropped 3 percent to $23.17. Wells Fargo downgraded Goldman Sachs BDC from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • CSX Corporation (NYSE: CSX) shares fell 2.7 percent to $37.06. CSX reported Q4 earnings of $0.49 per share on revenue of $3.037 billion.
  • Kohl's Corporation (NYSE: KSS) slipped 2.7 percent to $40.25. Credit Suisse downgraded Kohl's from Neutral to Underperform.
