- Cempra Inc (NASDAQ: CEMP) shares rose 30.5 percent to $9.85 in pre-market trading. On Friday, Cempra disclosed that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Advisory Committee voted that efficacy results of its solithromycin outweigh the risks for community-acquired bacterial pneumonia.
- Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHIP) rose 25 percent to $3.00 in pre-market trading after surging 13.95 percent on Friday.
- NetSuite Inc (NYSE: N) rose 20.7 percent to $109.00 in pre-market trading. Amid doubts over the acquisition of NetSuite, Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) has passed a crucial test of acquiring the necessary number of shares to buy it. The total transaction value is estimated at about $9.3 billion.
- Avianca Holdings SA (ADR) (NYSE: AVH) shares rose 13.5 percent to $8.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 0.71 percent on Friday.
- Ionis Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: IONS) rose 10.6 percent to $30.00 in the pre-market trading session. Biogen Inc (NASDAQ: BIIB) and Ionis Pharmaceuticals disclosed that SPINRAZA has met the primary endpoint at interim analysis of Phase 3 CHERISH study.
- LendingClub Corp (NYSE: LC) shares rose 9.8 percent to $5.63 in pre-market trading as the company reported a smaller loss than analysts estimated for the third quarter.
- Intec Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ: NTEC) rose 8.9 percent to $4.90 in pre-market trading. Intec Pharma disclosed that it has lowered its trial sample size in its Phase III study.
- Yingli Green Energy Holding Co Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: YGE) rose 7 percent to $3.98 in pre-market trading after gaining 2.76 percent on Friday.
- ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD) rose 6 percent to $23.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 3.93 percent on Friday.
- Omeros Corporation (NASDAQ: OMER) rose 5.4 percent to $10.24 in pre-market trading after gaining 7.28 percent on Friday.

- Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd (NYSE: ASM) shares fell 4.3 percent to $2.25 in pre-market trading. Avino Silver and Gold is expected to release Q3 results on November 8, 2016.
