The USDA reported today that beef weekly export sales for 2016 for the period ending October 20th totaled 8,300 tonnes. Sales were down 48 percent from the previous week and down 44 percent versus the four week average. There were sales of 1,600 tonnes for 2017. Pork export sales totaled 29,000 tonnes, sales were up 49 percent from the previous week and up 51 percent from the four week average.
