- Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) rose 4 percent to $172.50 in pre-market trading after the company announced better-than-expected quarterly results and lifted its FY17 forecast.
- Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) rose 3.7 percent to $24.40 in pre-market trading. The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday evening that Twitter is expected to receive a buyout offer from salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM).
- Global Payments Inc (NYSE: GPN) rose 3.1 percent to $78.80 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported better than expected earnings for the first quarter and boosted its EPS forecast for the fiscal year 2017.
