  • VirnetX Holding Corporation (NYSE: VHC) shares jumped 35.8 percent to $4.16 after the company confirmed a $302 million verdict against Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL).
  • Nova Lifestyle Inc (NASDAQ: NVFY) shares surged 30.3 percent to $4.73 after surging 45.20 percent on Friday.
  • Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) shares gained 23.4 percent to $29.08 after the company announced plans to acquire towable RV manufacturer Grand Design for in a deal valued at $500 million. The company also reported preliminary Q4 revenue of $263.3 million and earnings of $0.49 per share.
  • Dynavax Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: DVAX) rose 22.3 percent to $12.83 as the company disclosed that it has received a FDA request for information on Biologics License Application for HEPLISAV-B.
  • ITUS Corp (NASDAQ: ITUS) shares gained 22.1 percent to $4.75. ITUS demonstrated efficacy of its Cchek early cancer detection technology with liver cancer.
  • Cabelas Inc (NYSE: CAB) shares climbed 14.6 percent to $62.95. Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops struck a definitive deal through which the latter would buy the former for $65.50 a share in cash.
  • Fred's, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRED) gained 13 percent to $10.24. Deutsche Bank upgraded Fred's from Sell to Hold.
  • Janus Capital Group Inc (NYSE: JNS) shares rose 11.4 percent to $15.60. Janus Capital and Henderson Group announced their agreement to merge in an all-stock-deal.
  • Nutanix Inc (NASDAQ: NTNX) shares climbed 8.7 percent to $40.20 after surging 131.25 percent on Friday.
  • FirstCash Inc (NYSE: FCFS) shares gained 5.3 percent to $49.55. Janney Capital upgraded FirstCash from Neutral to Buy.
  • Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares gained 4.3 percent to $212.70 after the company announced over the weekend that it delivered 70 percent more cars in the third quarter compared to the second quarter. The automaker of fully electronic cars said in a press release it delivered approximately 24,500 vehicles in the third quarter, of which 15,800 were Model S sedans and 8,700 were Model X SUVs.
  • LogMeIn Inc (NASDAQ: LOGM) rose 3.5 percent to $93.51. Barclays upgraded LogMeIn from Underweight to Overweight and raised the price target from $82.00 to $105.00.
  • Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) rose 3.1 percent to $100.48 following strong Macau revenue for September. The latest data from the Macao Gaming and Coordination Bureau reveals that Macau brought in 18.3 billion patacas in September, up 7.4 percent year-over-year.
  • NetEase Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ: NTES) gained 2.4 percent to $246.64. CLSA upgraded NetEase from Underperform to Outperform.
  • Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) shares rose 2.3 percent to $ 23.59 on yet another report the company is close to selling itself. Bloomberg, citing "a person familiar with the arrangement," reported that Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ: GOOG)'s Google unit is working with financial advisers with Lazard to explore a bid for the social media company.
