December Soybean Oil is trading at 33.46, up 0.12 cents/lb. Soybean futures are trading rangebound.The USDA reported on Thursday that soybean export sales for 2016 to 2017 as of September 22nd are now 48.3 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 51.9 percent. Soymeal sales are 18.7 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 25.8 percent. Soybean oil sales for 2016 to 2017 are now 12 percent of the forecast versus the five year average of 8.7 percent
