- Sorl Auto Parts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SORL) shares rose 34.4 percent to $2.50 in pre-market trading as the company reported upbeat Q2 results.
- Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSN) shares rose 20.8 percent to $1.45 in pre-market trading after the company announced Positive ThermoDox results.
- Post Properties Inc (NYSE: PPS) rose 12.5 percent to $70.00 after Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc (NYSE: MAA) announced plans to buy Post Properties for around $3.88 billion.

- Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) shares fell 3.7 percent to $68.50 in pre-market trading. Badger Meter announced a 2-for-1 stock split and a 15 percent raise in its quarterly dividend from $0.20 per share to $0.23 per share.
- Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CYBR) fell 2.4 percent to $51.70 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs downgraded CyberArk Software from Buy to Neutral.
