  • Egalet Corp (NASDAQ: EGLT) shares rose 18.2 percent to $9.01 in pre-market trading as the company announced that the FDA Advisory Committee has recommended the approval of ARYMO ER. Egalet posted a Q2 loss of $0.97 per share on revenue of $3.5 million.
  • Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (NYSE: RAX) shares rose 16.4 percent to $30.90 in pre-market trading. The Wall Street Journal reported that Rackspace is in advanced talks to be sold to a private-equity firm and a deal could be announced as soon as this week.
  • Pacific Biosciences of California (NASDAQ: PACB) rose 14.2 percent to $8.85 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAEX) rose 14 percent to $46.45 in pre-market trading after jumping 336.30 percent on Thursday.
  • Organovo Holdings Inc (NYSE: ONVO) shares rose 10.9 percent to $4.80 in pre-market trading after the company reported a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Ubiquiti Networks Inc (NASDAQ: UBNT) rose 8.8 percent to $49.01 in pre-market trading as the company released its Q4 results after market close on Thursday. Earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations.
  • Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (USA) (NYSE: LGF) rose 6.4 percent to $20.25 in pre-market trading after the company posted upbeat quarterly results.
  • MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) rose 5.8 percent to $25.79 in pre-market trading after the company posted better-than-expected Q2 results and raised its FY16 outlook.
  • Priceline Group Inc (NASDAQ: PCLN) shares rose 5.8 percent to $1,438.40 in pre-market trading as the company reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its second quarter on Thursday.
  • Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) rose 5.6 percent to $22.20 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected results for the first quarter and issued a strong revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • El Pollo LoCo Holdings Inc (NYSE: LOCO) rose 4.7 percent to $13.70. El Pollo Loco reported Q2 earnings of $0.19 per share on revenue of $97.5 million.
  • Kraft Heinz Co (NASDAQ: KHC) rose 4.1 percent to $89.05 in the pre-market trading session as the company posted upbeat earnings for the second quarter on Thursday.
  • Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) rose 3.5 percent to $42.00 in pre-market trading as the company posted upbeat first-quarter results and issued a strong forecast for the current quarter.
  • Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATVI) shares rose 3.1 percent to $42.10 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat results for the second quarter and raised its guidance for the year.

  • Hortonworks Inc (NASDAQ: HDP) shares fell 28.8 percent to $9.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported a wider-than-expected loss for the second quarter.
  • Sierra Wireless, Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ: SWIR) shares fell 18.8 percent to $13.95 in pre-market trading. Sierra Wireless posted better-than-expected quarterly earnings, but issued a weak outlook.
  • FireEye Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) fell 15.2 percent to $14.20 in pre-market trading. FireEye reported a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss, but sales missed analysts’ estimates. The company also issued a weak forecast for the year. FireEye’s board has approved the restructuring plan and announced plans to lay off 300 to 400 workers.
  • Zynga Inc (NASDAQ: ZNGA) fell 7.1 percent to $2.76 in pre-market trading. Zynga posted a narrower loss for the second quarter. However, the company reported a 14.3 percent year-over-year decline in average daily active users and issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: OLED) fell 8.3 percent to $64.45 in pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat Q2 results and issued a weak FY16 sales guidance.
  • Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) shares fell 7.8 percent to $10.50 in pre-market trading. Weight Watchers reported in-line earnings for the second quarter, but sales missed expectations.
  • Zillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZG) shares fell 5.4 percent to $37.21 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported a wider loss for the second quarter.
  • Arista Networks Inc (NYSE: ANET) shares fell 2.8 percent to $69.96 in pre-market trading. Artista’s Q2 earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations.
