  • Sizmek Inc (NASDAQ: SZMK) rose 42.1 percent to $3.78 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to be acquired by Vector Capital for $3.90 per share in cash. Sizmek posted a Q2 loss of $0.04 per share on revenue of $48.9 million.
  • Genworth Financial Inc (NYSE: GNW) rose 19.3 percent to $3.28 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported stronger-than-expected second-quarter profit.
  • Zagg Inc (NASDAQ: ZAGG) rose 12.4 percent to $7.15 in pre-market trading as the company posted upbeat Q2 results.
  • Oclaro, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCLR) rose 11.9 percent to $6.20 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 results and issued a strong Q1 sales forecast.
  • BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) rose 8.5 percent to $16.65 in pre-market trading after the company reported in-line Q4 earnings.
  • Fitbit Inc (NYSE: FIT) shares rose 7.5 percent to $14.14 in pre-market trading as the company posted stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Tuesday.
  • Zoetis Inc (NYSE: ZTS) rose 5 percent to $52.20 on upbeat Q2 results.
  • Etsy Inc (NASDAQ: ETSY) shares rose 4.6 percent to $13.30 in pre-market trading following quarterly results. Revenues came in above Wall Street consensus expectations, sending shares higher. The company raised guidance for FY16 revenue growth to 25-28 percent, up from 20-25 percent prior guidance.
  • Zynga Inc (NASDAQ: ZNGA) shares rose 4.6 percent to $2.98 in pre-market trading. Cowen & Company upgraded Zynga from Market Perform to Outperform.
  • American International Group Inc (NYSE: AIG) shares rose 3.5 percent to $56.04 in pre-market trading after the company reported stronger-than-expected profit for its recent quarter.
  • Time Warner Inc (NYSE: TWX) rose 3.5 percent to $78.40. Time Warner posted upbeat quarterly earnings and increased its FY16 earnings guidance. The company also announced plans to but 10 percent stake in Hulu.

  • Cray Inc. (NASDAQ: CRAY) fell 18.5 percent to $25.48 in pre-market trading after the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss and issued a weak sales outlook.
  • Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) shares fell 10 percent to $9.90 in the pre-market trading session after the company disappointed investors by reporting less than expected revenue for the second quarter. Its outlook for the third quarter also failed to meet the estimations.
  • Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) fell 9.6 percent to $2.07 in pre-market trading after the company lowered its outlook for the year.
  • Qorvo Inc (NASDAQ: QRVO) shares fell 7.5 percent to $56.87 in pre-market trading following Q2 results. Qorvo posted upbeat results for the latest quarter.
  • Hanesbrands Inc. (NYSE: HBI) fell 6 percent to $24.10 in pre-market trading following downbeat Q2 results.
  • Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN) shares fell 5.7 percent to $43.75 in pre-market trading. Beacon Roofing reported upbeat earnings for its third quarter on Tuesday.
  • Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) shares fell 2.3 percent to $75.00 in pre-market trading. Electronic Arts reported better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter, but the company issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ: WDC) shares fell 2.3 percent to $44.00 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs downgraded Western Digital from Neutral to Sell and lowered the price target from $47.00 to $38.00.
