The value of Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) shares have fallen about 15 percent over the past three months, and the Vetr community recently downgraded the company from 3.5 to 3 stars.

A poor first quarter earnings report in early May sent Nordstrom shares into a steady decline towards the $44.49 value it opened at on Tuesday.
