- Qunar Cayman Islands Ltd (NASDAQ: QUNR) shares rose 7.87 percent to $28.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported that it has received a go-private offer of $30.39 per ADS from Ocean Management Limited.
- Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) shares rose 5.50 percent to $13.42 in pre-market trading. Nomura upgraded Micron from Reduce to Buy and raised the price target from $8.00 to $18.00, while Susquehanna upgraded the stock from Neutral to Positive and raised the price target from $10.00 to $18.00.
- Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLHR) rose 4.49 percent to $32.61 in pre-market trading as the company reported upbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued a strong forecast for the current quarter. The company also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.1475 per share to $0.17 per share.
- Shire PLC (ADR) (NASDAQ: SHPG) shares rose 4.34 percent to $183.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 0.44 percent on Wednesday.
- Ryanair Holdings plc (ADR) (NASDAQ: RYAAY) rose 3.89 percent to $83.32 in pre-market trading after declining 0.80 percent on Wednesday.
- Eleven Biotherapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: EBIO) rose 3 percent to $2.40 in pre-market trading. Eleven Biotherapeutics announced plans to eliminate 14 positions, representing around 70 percent of its workforce.
- Mosaic Co (NYSE: MOS) shares rose 3.59 percent to $27.70 in pre-market trading after dropping 0.85 percent on Wednesday.

- New York Mortgage Trust Inc (NASDAQ: NYMT) shares fell 13.72 percent to $5.22 in pre-market trading after declining 4.84 percent on Wednesday.
- Steelcase Inc. (NYSE: SCS) shares fell 10.39 percent to $13.20 in pre-market trading. Steelcase reported better-than-expected results for its first quarter, but issued a weak outlook for the second quarter.
- Red Hat Inc (NYSE: RHT) shares fell 5.49 percent to $75.37 in pre-market trading. Red Hat reported in-line earnings for its first quarter, but exceeded analysts’ sales estimates. The company issued a weak earnings forecast and announced a $1 billion buyback program. Red Hat also announced plans to acquire API management leader 3scale.
- CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) shares fell 5.84 percent to $93.50 after the company issued a weak forecast for 2017.
- Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) fell 4.38 percent to $41.29 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected earnings for its first quarter on Wednesday.
