Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc (NYSE: LL) shares rose 17.16 percent to $15.50 in pre-market trading following Thursday announcement of agreement with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission regarding laminate flooring products made in China. Lumber Liquidators agreed to not resume sales of laminate wood flooring previously imported from China.
Smith & Wesson Holding Corp (NASDAQ: SWHC) rose 11.03 percent to $24.15 in pre-market trading as the company posted upbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued a strong forecast for the year.
Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR) shares rose 10.35 percent to $19.40 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter and issued strong earnings guidance for the current quarter.
BioScrip Inc (NASDAQ: BIOS) rose 6.28 percent to $2.20 in pre-market trading. BioScrip priced its 40 million share offering at $2.00 per share.
Lifelock Inc (NYSE: LOCK) shares rose 6.24 percent to $16.00 in pre-market trading as Elliott Associates reported a 5.1 percent stake in LifeLock.
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: BMRN) rose 4.58 percent to $84.50 in pre-market trading after dropping 3.82 percent on Thursday.
