OXiGENE Inc (NASDAQ: OXGN) rose 61.29 percent to $0.900 in pre-market trading as the company reported that results of its Phase 2 study of CA4P in recurrent ovarian cancer has been published in Journal of Clinical Oncology. The study met primary endpoint of improvement.

Sarepta Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: SRPT) shares rose 4.12 percent to $18.20 in pre-market trading after dropping 8.72 percent on Monday.

Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) shares rose 3.40 percent to $2.13 in pre-market trading after gaining 12.57 percent on Monday.

Toll Brothers Inc (NYSE: TOL) rose 3.32 percent to $28.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported stronger-than-expected Q2 results and announced a 20 million share buyback.

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NYSE: CETV) shares rose 2.60 percent to $2.37 in pre-market trading after falling 1.70 percent on Monday.

Kirkland's, Inc. (NASDAQ: KIRK) shares rose 2.19 percent to $13.51 in pre-market trading. Kirkland's reported Q1 earnings of $0.06 per share on revenue of $129.9 million and reaffirmed its earnings guidance for FY17.

Seaspan Corporation (NYSE: SSW) shares fell 10.68 percent to $14.47 as the company reported an offering of 5 million shares of Class A common stock.

DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW) fell 6.12 percent to $20.40 in pre-market trading as the company reported downbeat Q1 earnings and lowered its FY16 earnings outlook.

Best Buy Co Inc (NYSE: BBY) shares fell 5.30 percent to $31.25 in pre-market trading. Best Buy reported upbeat results for the first quarter, but issued a weak profit forecast for the current quarter. The company reported that its chief administrative and chief financial officer Sharon McCollam will step down on June 14, 2016, and Corie Barry will become the company’s CFO.

Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) shares 2.08 percent to $14.11 in pre-market trading. MoffettNathanson downgraded Twitter from Neutral to Sell and lowered the price target from $15 to $12.
