Centrus Energy Corp (NYSE: LEU) shares rose 13.89 percent to $3.69 in pre-market trading following the announcement of a $32 million contract

Qlik Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: QLIK) shares rose 7.89 percent to $28.79 in pre-market trading. Reuters on Friday reported Qlik Technologies is exploring strategic alternatives, including a sale of itself as the company has come under pressure from a major shareholder and activist investor, Elliott Management.

Alder Biopharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ALDR) shares gained 9.14 percent to $18.75 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat Q2 results.

Cal-Maine Foods Inc (NASDAQ: CALM) shares rose 7.24 percent to $53.75 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q3 results.

Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) shares gained 1.69 percent to $35.45 in pre-market trading. Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ: MSFT) executives are said to be in early-stage talks with potential investors to provide financing for a takeover of Yahoo, according to a source as reported by Reuters on Sunday.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) shares fell 6.54 percent to $28.29 in pre-market trading. GameStop reported better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter, but the company missed analysts’ sales estimates. The company issued a weak outlook for the current quarter.

VirtualScopics Inc (NASDAQ: VSCP) shares fell 5.13 percent to $4.25 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to be acquired by BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) for a total purchase of around $15.5 million.

ENSCO PLC (NYSE: ESV) shares fell 2.83 percent to $10.30 in pre-market trading. Centene Corp. (NYSE: CNC) will replace Ensco in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Tuesday, March 29. Susquehanna downgraded Ensco from Neutral to Negative.

Performance Sports Group Ltd (NYSE: PSG) shares fell 2.40 percent to $3.25 in pre-market trading. Bank of America downgraded Performance Sports Group from Neutral to Underperform.
