Gainers WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) shares rose 7.69 percent to $57.30 in pre-market trading. WebMD is considering selling the entire company or part of its business, according to sources as reported by Financial Times late Tuesday. Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc (NASDAQ: WBA) and UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE: UNH) are two potential bidders, the sources said. ASML Holding NV (ADR) (NASDAQ: ASML) shares rose 2.54 percent to $82.04 in the pre-market trading session after dropping 3.19 percent on Wednesday. JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) shares rose 2.13 percent to $58.60 in pre-market trading after the bank reported better-than-expected results for its fourth quarter. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) rose 1.57 percent to $435.00 in the pre-market trading session. Citi and Credit Suisse are positive on the company's steps to improve food safety. CLSA upgraded Chipotle from Outperform to Buy. Bank of America Corp (NYSE: BAC) shares rose 1.14 percent to $15.07 in pre-market trading after declining 2.71 percent on Wednesday.Losers GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares fell 26.01 percent to $10.81 in the pre-market trading after the company issued disappointing fourth quarter guidance and announced a 7 percent reduction in its workforce. Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ: AMBA) shares fell 10.07 percent to $40.10 in pre-market trading. Chardan Capital expects GoPro's negative announcement to weight on Ambarella. SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ: SCTY) fell 5.94 percent to $40.22 in the pre-market trading session after falling 4.38 percent on Wednesday. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (NYSE: FCAU) fell 5.10 percent to $7.45 in pre-market trading following a report that two dealerships in Chicago filed a civil racketeering suit against the company. According to Automotive News, the two dealerships are part of a Chicago auto group and alleged Fiat Chrysler offered its dealers "large amounts of money" to report unsold vehicles as being sold. Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML) shares fell 3.14 percent to $7.71 in pre-market trading after the company reported weak preliminary Q4 results.
