On Tuesday, Credit Suisse issued a company note on Amazon, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) after updating their investment thesis to highlight projected accelerated user growth. Currently, Credit Suisse reiterated Amazon as Outperform and raised their price target from $777 to $800.Stephen Ju, Yoni Yadgaran, and Bo Yang, analysts at Credit Suisse, wrote, "Throughout 2015, AMZN shares were one of our top picks for the year and as we turn the page into 2016 we...advise investors to accumulate given the upside potential…current usage growth is disclosed to be over 90 percent."Credit Suisse highlighted three primary points to their investment thesis:1. Credit Suisse believes that Amazon's e-commerce segment is mispriced2. The amount of capital needed to run AWS may be decreasing which could increase profitability in the near term3. Credit Suisse believes that Amazon can increase margins by lowering losses from shipping by strategically placing fulfillment centers near the densest parts of the United States.Analysts believe that free cash flow growth may increase because of the decreased need for capital expenditures as a majority for the business infrastructure has been built. Credit Suisse believes that Amazon can further increase market share by continuing to offer a diverse product line while increasing margins by decreasing shipping costs. Going forward while the internet commerce industry may become more competitive, Amazon has created a stable and loyal consumer base with a major focus being to continue to drive Amazon Prime User growth and creating original content. Currently, Amazon is trading at $623.46, up 0.92 percent.
