Pre-open moversUS stock futures traded higher in early pre-market trade. Data on motor vehicle sales for November will be released today. The Markit's manufacturing PMI for November will be released at 9:45 a.m. ET, while the ISM manufacturing index for November and construction spending data for October will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 77.5 points to 17,791.5, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 8.25 points to 2,088.00. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index gained 19.62 points to 4,688.38.
