Dahlman Rose & Co. published a company update on Werner Enterprise's (NASDAQ: WERN) decision to pay special cash dividend's of $1.60/sh.WERN is set to pay these dividends on December 7th to their 72.6MM common shares outstanding. WERN has previously paid special cash dividends of $1.25/sh in December 2009 and $2.10/sh in December 2008. Dahlman Rose & Co. writes, "shares will likely trade higher as an initial reaction to the special dividend, we believe they will eventually pull back due to ongoing TL concerns."Dahlman Rose & Co. have a Hold rating on WERN due to "valuation and near-term truckload pricing concerns."WERN closed Tuesday at $21.47.
