EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) shares rose 4.92 percent to $29.23 in pre-market trading after Dell Inc agreed to buy EMC in a deal valued at around $67 billion. EMC reported Q3 preliminary EPS of $0.43 and revenue of $6.05 billion to $6.08 billion.
