Tuesday's USDA hog slaughter was 428,000 head versus a year ago at 413,000 head. Lean hog futures traded rangebound and on both side of unchanged. At last check October Lean Hogs were trading at 68.05 up 0.02 and December Lean hogs were trading at 63.07, down 0.55. February lean hogs at last check were trading at 67.15, down 0.35.
