Magnetek Inc (NASDAQ: MAG) shares climbed 53.60 percent to $49.53 after Columbus McKinnon Corp. (NASDAQ: CMCO) announced its plans to buy Magnetek for $50 per share. MediciNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNOV) shares jumped 39.60 percent to $4.90 after the company reported the FDA approval of the second Phase 2 protocol for MN-001 in NASH which targets NASH patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Xueda Education Group (ADR) (NYSE: XUE) shares rose 35.83 percent to $4.36 after Xiamen Insight Investment Co agreed to acquire Xueda Education Group for $5.50 per ADS.Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: TEVA) surged 9.33 percent to $67.61. Teva announced its plans to buy Allergan PLC's (NYSE: AGN) generic drugs unit for $40.5 billion in a cash and stock deal. Teva also reported that it has dropped its $40 billion cash and stock bid for Mylan NV (NASDAQ: MYL). Allergan PLC (NYSE: AGN) shares gained 7.44 percent to $331.14 after Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: TEVA) announced its plans to buy Allergan's generic drugs unit for $40.5 billion in a cash and stock deal. Perrigo Company plc Ordinary Shares (NYSE: PRGO) shares surged 3.22 percent to $192.51. Perrigo is expected to release Q2 results on August 5, 2015. Stratasys, Ltd.
