Pre-open moversUS stock futures traded mixed in early pre-market trade. The Consumer Price Index for June and and housing starts data for June will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. The University of Michigan's consumer sentiment index for July will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 10 points to 18,010.0, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 0.95 points to 2,117.95. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index gained 16.65 points to 4,614.40.A Peek Into Global MarketsEuropean markets were mostly lower today, with the Spanish Ibex Index falling 0.12 percent, STOXX Europe 600 Index surging 0.05 percent and German DAX 30 index dropping 0.21 percent.
