Pre-open moversUS stock futures traded higher in early pre-market trade. Data on housing starts for April will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 52 points to 18,311.00, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 5.45 points to 2,131.45. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 15.95 points to 4,523.20.
